I'm at work. I brought 2 cucumbers. dates almonds walnuts, oranges

I finish earlier than usual today at my workplace and I plan to go to the gym right afterwards

I plan to eat the same thing I ate yesterday at home

I still smoke

I should start running, promoting running. and yoga at home. these are sports that I deserted lately

how can I make running and yoga happen today? (after the gym)

I DON'T SMOKE AND DRINK COFFEE AFTER LUNCH. INSTEAD, I TAKE A REST AND MEDITATE.

I DON'T SMOKE AND DRINK COFFEE BEFORE BED AT NIGHT. INSTEAD, I GO TO BED TO PRAY AND SPEND TIME ON MY PHONE. 

12:08 soon I’m free and it’s early today, my brain start getting stressed of the void, I think of friends to meet with, partners although I’m not sure I need such interaction, surprisingly I didn’t think of food. Maybe because I plan to get over with gym and because I have food at home, the same I ate yesterday. But in general, I get stressed because of the upcoming free time( I actually have work from work to finish at home but I can do it everywhere so it’s still kind of freedom).
