Be vegan, eat vegan food, avoid animal products

Avoid dairy products: milk and cheese

Go to the gym 3 times a week

Run 3-6 times a week

Meditate

Read

Get inspired

Be a role model

Practice yoga 3-6 times a week

Eat your cooked food

Cook, prepare food, make salads

Eat green leaves, seaweeds, omega 3, Brazil nuts

Fast between meals

When you eat, concentrate on eating

Avoid coffee

Avoid chocolate

Don’t eat when you’re not hungry

Grow food

Take walk

Do power body weight exercises

Get to the sensation of loose free belly and keep it

Get to the state of 6/8 pack abs and keep it, sustain eat, maintain it, 

Get to the sensation of being hungry

It will not kill you

There’s plenty of healthy food choices

Look for it, pursue it

Avoid salt

Avoid oil

Avoid processed food

Avoid bread, wheat, pastries, lafa, pita, Hala, dough,
