 I started with 3/4 pita with hummus, tomato and cucumber

1/4 pita with chocolate, coffee v milk, cig

10:30 coffee sugar milk cig.

I had a sandwich with an omelet and orange juice. 

a walk

third meal:

potato salad, beet salad, some bread, 

1 hour gym

at home: rice pea, seaweed, 

bread chocolate coffee v milk cig
