writing exercise: what identity I want to have?

 10 minutes, what identity do I want to have?

I'm thin

I don't eat outside

I  prefer to cook my food, to prepare my food, to make salads

I don't eat outsdie

I don't eat hummus outside. I cook hummus at home.

I make mesabacha at home and eat it with carrot sticks, colorabi sticks, fennel, radish, lettuce.

I boil potatoes

I bake sweet potatotes

I don't eat fried food ( eggplant, falafel, fries)

I don't eat pastries, and burekases, I prefer my fit body

I prefer 9% body fat

I prefer a hard flat belly like a wall.

I weigh 74 kilograms.

I run 3-6 times a week. I'm very active. I take walks. I do bodyweight exercises at home. I learn about bodyweight exercises.

I don't eat when I'm not hungry.

I don't get to a point where I eat more than my body needs.

I know to listen to my body and stop eating when I start to feel a little bit full.

I save the food for when I'm hungry, or throw it.

my body is a temple.

I'm a role model to all the people who meet me.

my clothes fit me.

I have 6/8 pack abs.

I say many times 'no' to food.

I grow some of my food.
