Fri evening

 Who do I wanna be?

How do I want to behave?

In big dinners/ meals

I eat less 

I don’t taste everything

I'm.not there for the food

I remember that filling my stomach is unpleasant

I remember that stuffing myself makes me feel I want to die

I can't taste everything

Even if it's free

Even if it's tasty

I eat little

I'm there for the company, for socializing, not for the food, not for tasting all the foods, yes for practicing listening to my body and stopping eating when I start to feel full

Free food is nice

But being healthy

Feeling a loose belly

Feeling I'm fit and having a strong flat belly are tastier

I'm a non smoker


I love myself

I care about myself, my health, my body, my appearance.

I spend more time at home alone

Doing my stuff

I don't run away from home

I read clean write tidy up learn exercise at home.
