I eat lettuce
I take a rest when I'm tired
I run 3-6 times a week

I wash the dishes

I take a walk
I practice yoga
I eat clementines
I read
I arrange my posts
I run
I ride the bike
I stay at home
I read books
I meditate
I go to dinner and EAT EVERY BITE SLOWLY
I taste ONCE dishes and even though they are tasty, I break up with them.
I read raw food heroes protocol, oa text, coda book, how not to die, Maxime’s recipes,
I cook and I put a note for expiring after 3 days
I throw the cooked food from last Friday
