I started with an apple coffee v milk cig

Fruit1 is done

F2, f3, salad, my cooked food

Walk, bike ride, and gym

10:03 I ate 2 oranges. That's fruit meal 2

Now I've left with: f3, salad, my cooked food, walk, bike ride and gym

I ate free pistachio 

11:35 I ate dates and almonds walnuts pecan and 2 oranges fruit meal3

I’ve left: salad, cooked food, gym, walk, bike ride.

I finished my hard work day at school

it was really hard

I needed to fuel myself after that depleting work

I wanted hummus and salad

I found a falafel. I ate falafel in pita with hummus and some salad

and then 2 potato burekases, 2 small chocolate pastries, coffee v milk and cig.

now, could I avoid this fall? it also cost too much money 20+28= 48 crazy. 

could  I change something? what could I change?

It's hard for me to think after this junk food

so, maybe I couldn't.
