Sat, eve writing exercise

10 min, who do I want to be? How do I want to behave?


I listen to my belly

I'm not addicted to food

when I encounter the void, I don't think about filling it with exciting foods but rather with the helping tools: singing, my food, running, walking, learning, writing, etc.

I weigh 74 kg

I weigh myself every day and write it down

I run tomorrow

I go to the gym tomorrow

I don't smoke before school

I quit smoking

I listen to my body

I reach a sensation of loose belly, and keep it.

I eat my cooked food

I make fresh salad every day

I buy tofu and lettuce

I boil potatoes

I cook chickpeas

I bake sweet potatoes

I sprout lentils

I eat seaweeds

I take walks

I avoid falls

I'm stable

I feel pushes and pulls, but I know how to take more steps in the right direction.

I can initiate a sequence of positive, healthy thoughts that can save me from falling

I'm well-trained and experienced in recognizing a situation of getting close to a fall and diverting it back to the right course.
