10 minutes of health coaching, update
I feel heat from my head, I don’t know why
I’m tired, I’m out and there’s no place to nap
I ate hummus ( after working out) with 2 pitas.
I ate my cooked food this morning : potato, tofu,
ketchup,
I ate 2 apples before that
an before slice of bread with chocolate, almond milk
and cig.
I walk a lot. but I lost counting. next time I’ll
write down every walk I do.
I’m tired. it’s 17:18. there’s a lesson at 20:30 I
want to go to. it’s in 3 hours. I’ll see if I survive till then.
I saw a guy running in the gym. he was fit and still
ran. and I’m over weight but not running.
there’s a guy on Facebook. he has a challenge of
running 50 runs of 6km before his 50 birthday. and he ran already 22 runs.
20:30. I’m home now. I changed the shits. I washed the
cat’s feet ( palms).
In Tel Aviv, my friend bought me blueberries to take
and 2 coconut water cans.
unfortunately I didn’t find a café to sit and work
with my laptop
the café I chose had not a proper place to sit
so, I ate 2 small not vegan chocolate pastries, small
coffee with almond milk and a cig. the cig finished me, finishedmy energy, so I
didn’t stay for an a lesson in English, I took the bus home. here, I brushed my
teeth. and I intend to write and read before going to sleep.
I walked today, I didn’t measure it properly. hopefully
next time. and I worked out.
tomorrow is another day. I plan to take: apples, dates
and nuts, rice +beans ( I cooked rice today) and water to work. After work,
right after or after a break at home, I’ll go to the gym. I’ll make a salad and
buy oranges, bananas, clementines etc.
