1.       eat more protein? vegan protein

eat less carbohydrates

how do I do it? more leaves, broccoli, spinach, quinoa, sprouts, sprouted legumes, more tofu, more lettuce, Brussel sprouts, green beans, pea, hummus without the pita, instead, lettuce, that’s so tasty.

2.       answer this question few times a day

3.       vision my belly’s fat get broken, get sucked, being digested, the fat being used for energy.

4.       wear tight shirts. even under the shirts I wear above.

5.       weigh myself every day

6.       measure circumference

7.       squat at home, do push-ups at home, do plank, do yoga at home

8.       Run Run Run, get back to running! run outside, run at the gym, run 3 minutes, run 1 kilometer. please, get back to running.

9.       1 hour of walk every day.

11.   drink more water, drink natural juices, eat pumpkin seeds, grinded flax seeds, eat cucumbers, celery, organic celery, carrot, carrot sticks, lettuce, washed organic lettuce leaves,
