How do I want to behave?
I don't smoke before school
I feel the pushes, I feel the pulls, but I make more steps on the right path.
I buy tofu
I run today
I'm going to the gym today
I eat my cooked food today
I cook today: I boil potato and bake sweet potato
I make a fresh salad today
I eat seaweed today
I meditate today
I do bodyweight exercises
I learn about new bodyweight exercises and practice them
I do squats, push ups, pull ups
I clean the apartment
I use the helping tools
I quit smoking
I find higher taste in my helping tools
I update the blog and do writing exercises
I read books, get inspired, take walks, grow vegetables and fruit
I listen to my belly
I get to the point when it's loose and empty, it make sounds that show the stomach empties the leftovers in it, it rumbles
I run in the gym
I run outside: to the beach
I ride to the HaHazmaut street and run from there to the beach
or, I ride to the beach and run there.
or, I ride the motorcycle to Tel Aviv beach and run there.
I run 1 km.
or I run 5 minutes. or 3 ,inutes.
I record my run somewhere.
I weigh myself every day and write the result.
I'm thin
I'm muscular
I'm not addicted to food
I fill the void with my helping tools: singing, walking, yoga, running
