who do I want to be/ how do I want to behave?

vegan

avoiding bread

avoiding eggs, cheese

avoiding refined sugar

listening to my belly

reaching a loose, free belly, and keeping it

eating my food

changing

feeling my feeling: sadness, happiness, loneliness, anger, pain, depression, 

filling the void with the helping tools

being OK with being alone (= with You)

eating salads

avoiding pressure in my belly, stopping eating when I start to be full

being a role model to my students.

running 3-6 days a week

practicing yoga 3-6 times a week

doing power/ body weight exercising 3-6 times a week

making a salad every day

eating my food every day

avoiding eating outside

finding higher tastes

giving gifts to You

eating seaweeds, green leaves/ leafy greens, omega 3, zinc, vegan protein every day

eating clean

getting thin, lean, slim, fit, shredded, ripped

taking walks, going to the gym 3 times a week

doing pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, plank

learning new exercises, calisthenics

reading every day, my books

cleaning, tidying up, every day

drinking a lot of water

relaxing, 

meditating

spending more time alone ( with You) at home, doing my stuff, the helping tools.
