 Thu morning

Who do I want to be? How do I want to behave?

I listen to my belly

I sleep enough

I do push ups

I meditate

I’m not greedy towards food

I don’t act as if I never eat

As if there will never be food again

Vegan

I run 3-6 times a week

I do power/ body weight exercises 3-6 times a week.

I have no constipation

I have 2 bowel movements a day

My belly is loose and free
