Wed, Feb 22, who do I wanna be/ how do I wanna behave? 10 min, morning

I'm a non-smoker, I quit smoking, I don't smoke 

I'm vegan

I run 3 times a week

I go to the gym 3 times a week

I follow, log, and record my exercising

I eat green leaves, seaweed, brazil nuts

I learn about health

I get inspired by healthy people

I run 3-6 times a week

I take walks

I practice yoga 3-6 times a week

I do body weight/power exercises 3-6 times a week

I grow food: peppers, lettuce, parsley, cucumber, broccoli, carrots, cherry tomato,  fruit trees

I listen to my belly, guts

I aim for a sensation of a free, loose belly and keep it

I sleep well

I sleep enough

I drink water and fresh juices

I eat my cooked food

I cook my food

I make salads every day, fresh salads

I avoid eating outside

I use substitutes

I give gifts to You

I meet my emotions  and learn to feel them

I read books and articles, use my helping tools

I weigh myself

I eat salads, and tahini, I avoid bread, sugar, refined sugar, pastries, margarine,
