Sat, Feb 25, noon writing exercise

 Who do I want to be? How do I want to behave?

I cook my food

I prepare my food

I cook chickpea

I eat tofu

I make salads

I eat cucumbers

I eat carrot sticks

I eat lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes, tomatoes 

I eat boiled potatoes

I bake sweet potatoes and eat them

I go to the gym today, for 1 hour

I take a rest and get to sleep at noon (like soon)

I do 100 pushups at home

I do plank at home

I practice the last 10 exercises I've just saw

I take walks

I move

I lose body fat

my body eats and breaks down my fat and uses it as fuel

I weigh myself every day

I focus on my fat loss task

I spend more time alone at home doing my stuff:

getting inspired, learning, reading,

cooking, making salads, tidying yo, 

writing, exercising, yoga, meditating.

I run 3-6 times a week

I practice yoga 3-6 times a week

I do bodyweight exercises 3-6 times a week

I take walks, hike

I go to the gym 3 times a week
