I’m fucking
tired
after
work
as I told
Edi, I’ll go to the gym
I did 1
hour although it was hard after school/work ( I gave 8 lessons)
then, I
stopped at Roladin and had chocolate croissant
after
having 2 potato burekas from Ne’eman. together with a cucumber though.
and during
the gym, I had beans and some rice.
so, now I’m
home
I bought
after Roladin: 2 bags of oranges, clementines, blueberries ( I ate a box of
them today, but some were rotten) and bananas.
at school,
I had another fall. I saw there were leftovers from Tuesday. but I didn’t see
what.
anyway, I
ate onion rings ( fried) and tahini.
so, if I
divide the foods I ate today to two groups, it will be:
and by the
way I (with Your help) succeeded not to smoke and have a coffee this morning.
how? last night when I smoked in the end, I went
down on myself, out loud. I said to myself, somethings like: you are idiot. what
are you trying to do? to show that you are home, and from here you go to sleep so
you can allow yourself to smoke? the cat that sleeps next to you suffers from your
breath! tomorrow morning you are not smoking ( with anger). I don’t allow you.
Do you understand? you’re giving a lesson at 8:15 a.m. no student needs to breathe your breath. etc.
and in the morning,
I think, I continued talking out loud. it worked.
after the
gym though,
I don’t
know, I needed it.
anyway,
the things I ate today into two groups:
( and I have
hearburn because of the 2 burekas, big croissant which contained a lot of
butter as it tasted)
