the hummus and 2 pitas I ate are still there. this why I didn't eat something else
I think a good writing exercise will be: what identity I want to have.
today, I didn't do 3 writing exercises of who do I want to be.
I think that I thought that I should do other writing exercises as well.
so, the plan of 3 times a day, writing exercise: who do I want to be, doesn't work.
I worked today. and then I ate that hummus, and then slept less than 35 minutes, then rode to learn about Ta'amai Hamikra. then went to the gym for 1 hour. I did 2 shopping today.
I bought coconut water, bananas, oranges, lettuce, cucumbers.
I threw the leftover salad from yesterday, which included a bell pepper I grew.
now, after a shower, I'm in bed with my laptop. it's late and I need to wake up early again for work.
tomorrow, I finish working at 14:25 and have a meeting in a cafe and a musical at 19:30.
so, if I get home at 15:00 and leave at 19:00, I have 4 hours for myself, for the healing.
I will rest, take a nap, cook, eat my cooked food, make a salad. and maybe read.
maybe I'll exercise at home: yoga, bodyweight exercises.

I'm not sure I can stop cold turkey, because of the inertia.
this is why, maybe, the time, the free time, when I'm not working, is precious.
and I should use it better.
