Avoid processed food

Avoiding non vegan products

Avoiding eggs, cheese

Eating my bananas

Listening to my body

Eating salad and tahini

Drinking water

Eating only when I’m hungry

Eating less for losing fat

Running 3-6 times a week

Practicing yoga 3-6 times a week

Taking walks, riding my bike, 

Going to the gym 3 times a week

Making fresh salads every day

Eating my cooked food every day

Eating green leaves, seaweed, omega 3, Brazil nuts, zinc, pumpkin seeds

20-10% body fat

I grow vegetables and fruit

I spend time in nature, I live close to nature

My belly’s loose, flat, it’s like a wall, strong and stiff

I avoid junk food, I avoid wheat, white flour, flour, dough, refined sugar, 

I weigh 74kg

I weigh myself every day
