tomorrow, I
start working early. and it’s supposed to rain tomorrow morning. I ride the
motorcycle. a challenge. I work at 8:15 till 15:40. a very long day. good luck.
I need a lot of energy, faith, patience.. I should save my energy and finish balanced.
not deprived/ drained out of energy or nervous…
anyway, I’ll
take my cooked food. maybe a cucumber and a tomato, and then I can make a salad.
and I’ll take stuff for an optional gym right after work. and then, I’ll reach
home and I can take a nap. and then? do my stuff. read, learn, meet friends,
take a walk, etc. Friday is a short day at school and then is my short weekend.
I can take the
coconut drinks to work, put them in a plastic bag in the fridge.
I can avoid
smoking at least till after the gym, or even for all the day. that will be
wonderful.

I can cut
mallow and eat it with bananas. it’s organic.
I can run tomorrow.
I should somehow emphasize my exercising more.
so, there
used to be a weekly post where I write
my workout there. I should keep doing that.
I started
to publish my post on an anonymous profile. and that kept me away of the
regular blog including the weekly exercising post. so, maybe a solution is to publish
both in Blogger and on Instagram.
