take breaks, take rests

vision yourself: remember that picture, Dana sent you, from 16 years ago, when you  were  28 y/o.  (yes you thought then that you have excess fat, and maybe you did have 1-2 kg or less, but it looks like you were 24 kg less then today, and you looked fit, very different from today, the face, the body etc., and you shared this pic with your current friends and they were amazed as well) look at that picture again right now.

so, you saw how thin and fit you were

the trousers were big for you

anyway, you can return to that

you should give up some foods sometimes

You should run

climb stairs, skip every other stair

take more walk, walk in Tel Aviv

run in Tel Aviv, in the promenade

eat green leaves, eat your daily salad, green salad, make your daily green salad

add green onion

invest more time in food preparation ( you watched so many videos (Simnett) and read so many recipes)

eat potatoes, tofu, cook lentils soup, steam broccoli,

feed the good wolf

exercise your muscle of feeding it, as a default

read articles
