Sat, morning writing exercise

 Who do I want to be? How do I want to behave?

I weigh 74kg

I weigh myself every day

I eat clean

I grow lettuce, parsley, cilantro, tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers.

I eat green leaves, seaweeds, omega 3

I run 3-6 times a week

I practice yoga 3-6 times a week

I go to the gym 3 times a week

I take walks

I ride my bike

I do power bodyweight exercises at home and outside

I meditate

I listen to my belly

I don't smoke

I love myself

I sleep well and rest enough

I cook food every day

I eat my cooked food every day

I eat healthy vegan protein every day

I avoid bread, pastries, wheat, pasta, flour, pita, lafa, burekas, jachnoon

I avoid animals products

I'm lean, thin, slim. shredded, ripped, muscular, 

I spend time alone at home doing my stuff ( cleaning, tidying up, reading, exercising, getting inspired, yoga, meditating, cooking, making salads)

I eat only when I'm hungry

I avoid coffee

I avoid sugar

I avoid oil

I avoid fried food

I take b12

I learn about exercises and practice them.
