I felt the depleting energy, I stopped the cig before it ended, towards its end anyway
I could join a CoDA meeting, but I thought it will be an escape from what I felt after the cig, so I didn't join.
Instead, I'm answering today's questions, updating, and going to do a writing exercise.
I've been sick the last few days
I was sick yesterday on my off day and rested at home
and today, I stayed at home and didn't go to work
yesterday I didn't smoke and, besides one slice of bread with chocolate, had a pretty clean diet.
today, though, I had 2 coffees, 2 cigs, a croissant, and bread with chocolate
along the clean things I had
my energy is depleted now
why don't I remember this feeling BEFORE I smoke? that's a mystery.
