 Tips for ME for a healthier lifestyle - 20 minutes.

1. Take the food not in your bag, separately

2. Try not to take apples without a knife. If there's gonna be a train ride, where knives are forbidden, take other fruit like clementines, bananas etc.

3. maybe, in the daily paper, where I write what I ate, in two columns, I'll write: human body fuel, drugs.

done. I did it for tomorrow.

4. Throw the lasagna from Friday?

5. Throw the rice from Friday?

what can I do to make the daily salad?

6. in the daily paper, write the daily percentage of food and weekly percentage of fitness.

done. for tomorrow too. today's percentage of food is 0%.

the current weekly fitness percentage is 24%.

7. I want to change the percentage. 

yoga - maybe I should start with one,

stairs- I don't need to write that, 

bike ride - I want to write at least one ride. 

so, I have 3 gyms, 3 runs, 3 walks, 1 bike ride, 1 yoga. let's do it from now on? or from next week?

i think it's more right to do it from next week.

I don't have here draft papers. 

any way,  11 workouts. 9% for each of gym, run and walk. 9% bike ride. 10% yoga.

8. money. to have a daily check of how I much I can spend in order to be in plus 1000 nis the day before I gat my next salary. atm I'm in minus 1468 nis. how does that help for healthier lifestyle? easy. I will eat less outside like I did again in the last days (because of my birthday, for example).

9. add a paper with daily weight and circumference. 

10. cook. 

11. I have edamame to finish.

12. a daily box of nuts and dry fruit. 

13. always have a notebook for free writing. and a pen. I had it today. but I really need a notebook where I can write a lot. big and empty paper that can contain large font words and stories to share and discharge. 


20:41. i finished watching a film about fasting. 

I have a need of sharing everything. 

maybe I'll share my diary unless it has to do with food. 

then I'll share my insights and experience here. then it's relevant here. but everything i need to share is important. and it has to do with food. if I need to be heard about something, I'll at least write it. 

maybe it can prevent eating junk food.


21:17. now it's relevant. I'm very tired, but don't go to sleep.

I do stuff like writing and reading and I plan to use a helping tool

but in the back of my mind, I think about cig3, and maybe other things together with that

I still burp lunch

so, what should I do? 

I can maybe go to sleep, although it's 21:21 

maybe choose not to read now

maybe watch YouTube

and it's a helping tool too.

(so orange juice and cig and then?)

and I should actually have a shower

and get up from the bed

and take this too-hot blanket off
