20:25 update, 20 minutes

Tips for myself: 

1. at the moment I write the food in two columns:

drugs, and human body fuel

I want to change it to:

materials that make me function, feel and look like a rag, human body fuel.

2. Try to get to 100% of the weekly fitness gall:

I need more 1.5 hours gym, 1 run, 1:43 hours walk, yoga 1,2,3.

3. tomorrow I'm preparing/ making a salad for the dinner. Thank you I made a salad today ( of cucumber and tomato but it's still a fresh salad I've made)

4. so, tomorrow when I make the salad I can check all the vegetables in the fridge and sort them.


5. I bought clementines, bananas, and red oranges. so, I'll try to eat tomorrow fruit1,2,3


6. instead of 10 pictures. I should post every day 5 pictures: 

fruit1, fruit2, fruit3, my cooked food, my salad, and more ( nuts and seeds, juice, green tea, etc. )

I'll arrange the note for that on my phone. 


7. keep disconnecting with friends

i mean, tomorrow I'm going to dinner, and this morning I met a friend, and next week I'm going out to the movies with friends. 

now, I'm home alone with my dying cat, and soon she will not be here, and I'll be alone at home, 

BUT that's ok, and that's good and that might help me to change for the better.

especially when the time being alone IS balanced with time in company/ socializing.

so, it's ok to be alone at home, to read , clean, sort my stuff, write, create content, meditate, watch TV, learn, get inspired, etc.


8. I have a new paper for weight and circumference

9. I need a paper of all the writing tools in my package

but I also want to change the long list of food and fitness as the top priority to the minimal list

so, I'll create now this page for Saturday + helping tools paper.

Saturday's paper with minimal list for the top priority is done. 

now I need to prepare the helping tools paper, or, I can print it tomorrow in school - Yes.
