don't overeat
eat normally
eat salads
don't stuff yourself
if you taste something that is not tasty, stop eating it
if you taste something tasty, don't eat more of it
chala bread - maximum taste for the blessing
etc.
but
I still overate
maybe less, but I know it was too much because my belly is full and for sure, I ate too many desserts
tips for myself:
1. don't eat tomorrow till you're hungry
2. when you're hungry tomorrow, start with fruit 1, 2 and 3
3. make a rich salad tomorrow and eat it,
with all the ingredients you have
4. cooked food for tomorrow:
throw the rice from a week ago and cook sweet potato
and a dish for Sunday
5. complete 1:43 minutes of walk tomorrow
