I used all my free time, for that.
namely, all
my time except work, was dedicated for my change.
I even changed
1 hour in each group that I teach into teaching healing: health, fitness, and self-growth
I ran. 3
times a week. at the beginning it was 3 minutes run. but later it became 5, 10,
20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 minutes run, 3 times a week. up to 60 minutes/10km run.
I was more
precise about my goals:
60 min walk
X3 times a week
60 min
power workout at the gym 3 times a week
3 runs of
3-60 min or 1-10km
everyday a
salad of at least 2 vegetables.
I listened to
my stomach and stopped eating when it started to get full.
I stopped
to eat bread as a staple.
I stopped
eating burekases, pastries, cakes,
I was humble
about changing, succeeding, having successes
I ate my
food, I cooked and ate my cooked food, I made salads and ate them
free food
continued to be available, at work (school), synagogues, at dinners etc.
I realized there
will always be events with free foods. I didn’t want to support dairy industry,
I reminded myself what’s happening there, I wanted to set a good example for
that as well,
I stopped
leaning on getting satiated by the free food. I had always my food with me, and
if I got stuck, I could always buy fruits, nuts, dry fruit, juices, etc.
I realized
I prefer to look fit, which change the way (I think) all the people look at me.
they become more friendly, sexualy attracted to me, accept my for jobs, students
listen to me more, I think. I believe it helps all these.
I ate a lot
of green leaves every day. green leaves become staple.
I sprouted
legumes and ate them.
I ate tofu
and legumes, quinoa, buckwheat, Brown rice.
I ate
hummus from hummus restaurant BUT without the pita. I used lettuce instead.
I weighed
myself and measured my circumference.
I got
inspired from fit vegans.
I read
about health, self-growth, spirituality
I connected
to You, G-d
