I fasted today, no water, till 17:07. 

then, had a pastry, coffee almond milk, cig.

I'm gonna go to eat sushi as much as you can restaurant.

haven't had fruit 1 20%

fruit 2 20%

fruit 3 20%

my salad 20%

my cooked food 20%

the score currently is 0%.

what is the current fitness percentage of this week? 

it's 16%. since I did gym1, and run1.

so, why did I drink coffee and eat a pastry?

because I fasted

this is my excuse.

what should be my state of mind like?

all the time there are special events 

it's not only once a year

every other day there is a once-a-year event

this is why I should change my behavior

what should my mind set be?

fruit 1, fruit 2, fruit 3, my salad, my cooked food

listen to your stomach

don't eat when you're not hungry

stop eating when you've just become a little bit full.

I go to sleep with a loose belly

I start the day with fast

I intermittent fast

I don't need so much food

my healthy menu/ diet satiates me

I know this from experiencing this day after day. I never become hungry.

hunger is not something to get stressed about.
