1. I want to be
vegan
2. there are many
vegan options, I have a shopping list, I have a daily paper in which on top of
it, the first priority is my healthy menu. I should, in the meantime, keep
having it, and fill it
I have a daily percentage distribution for food
today, I get 60%. because I didn’t eat my salad, nor my cooked food.
I watch vegan inspiring videos and movies/films
I follow fit vegans’ posts
I take B12 twice a week.
I remind myself what happened before there were dairy and eggs products.
3. it’s a little
bit scary, I want to have blood tests to see that everything is ok
I have blood tests and I see that everything is better. then I relax and
feel great about being vegan, not contributing to the cruel industry of
torturing and killing innocent animals.
I don’t accumulate bad karma because of funding and sustaining these
horrible acts.
I feel good that I’m not part of it. it’s not taken for granted if I am 100%/fully
vegan after the last period. so, I feel humble about this fragile success.
