20:34 update

the situation is not good.

I finished working late today

and ended up tired

wanted to work out

and did rich the gym

but could work out 11 minutes only

was too tired

then, ate falafel, coffee cookie, cig

tips for me:

1. slow down

I think I meditated this morning, yes, for 30 minutes, and I went to sleep early last night

but I still recommend myself to meditate.

2. sleep well

my dying cat still wakes me up at nights at least once a night

but besides this, I should rest more

I should take a nap, even if I finish working at 17:15 like today and reach home at 6 p.m.

3. be more at home

stop running away from home

it's connected to the cat but not only

I have a nature of running away from home 

and I should change this

stay more at home, work at home, tidy up, arrange the papers, and the stuff, work at home, read, write, create content, get inspired, practice yoga, wash the dishes, do laundry, cook, make salads, clean.

4. make salads

5. sprout legumes

6. sort the vegetables in the fridge

7. cook

8. wash the dishes

9. clean, 

10. arrange the papers, 

11. arrange stuff

12. do laundry

13. get inspired

14. learn about health and spirituality

15. take food to work

16. don't eat bread

what are my goals for today and tomorrow:

1. not to smoke

2. not to drink coffee

3. not to eat food that is not mine, not to eat workplace food or food out side home

4. sleep well at night

5. wash the dishes

6. do the laundry

7. cook

8. eat 3 fruit meals or more

9. eat leaves, 

10. eat seaweed

11. make a salad


I repeat myself

maybe it's not that

I write the same things

maybe writing exercises will help

maybe I need more reading

reading of OA content, AA content, maybe returning to online OA and CoDA meetings

soon, we will go home

(we're at a cafe)

use your being overdraft as a postive kick - I can't afford spending money on food outside the house.
