exercising January 1-7, 23 + daily food percentages

 yoga1,2,3, gym1,2,3,walk1,2,3,run1,2,3 - each 8%

bike ride, stairs - each 2%

Sun

Mon - gym1 30 min 4%, run1 3 min 8% = 12%

Wed - 1 hour walk1 8% = 20%

Thu - 1 hour gym2 8%, 3 min run2 8%, bike ride 2%, stairs 2% = 40%, 17 min walk

Fri- planned gym3, run3 and then I'll get 56%

On Friday, Saturday, I can add 1:43 hours walk and then it will be more 16% = 72%

and if I add 30 min gym1 it will be 76%

and if I do 3 yoga it will be 100%


I did, 8% 1:02 hours power workout in the gym (+8%)

5 minutes run (+8%)

so now it's 56%

to complete this week 100% I need more:

3 yoga (24%)

1:43 hours walk (16%)

28 min in the gym (4%)
