take water
with you, take fruit, nuts, dry fruit
eat every
fay green leaves

enough food

need outside food
if you get stuck
and your out, without food, buy fruit, buy dry fruit, buy water, order
smoothie, fresh juice, whole plants cooked food without gluten
watch out
free foods
there will
always be free foods
G-d is testing

life challenge
in some

did it take you to eat healthy?
what is
more worthy? food that pass through the taste
buds for 5-20% and then leave a bad feeling, bad function and a bad look? or food
that keep you energetic?

you need to
