it's m birthday and I decided to to take a train to Be'er Sheva where I spent 4 years of myself...
I managed to go to the gym this morning, only for 30 minutes, I run 3 minutes, I looked at myself in the mirror naked,
people are talking here and I try to listen to music.
Tomorrow is a Jewish fasting day, 5:29-19:07. no water. I give 3 lessons.
I thought about cigs and then thought that I should think about substitutes like:
writing exercises, prayer, conversation with G-d (You), Hitbodedut, writing about the need for a cig
what does it feel, where does it feel,
it might be a good substitute to journal for 10 minutes, instead of smoking.
oh, I brought strawberries to my workplace. as refreshments for my bday.
oh, I meditated today for 30 minutes.
