I have free time till 17

I can do homework, I can meditate, I can read books for 2.5 hours, I can use Emails helping tool, other helping tools, etc

I've already listened to The Vegan Gym podcast while walking.

my belly is bloated

I had  a natural bowel movement

there's a dog here I can walk and earn motion

tonight there's holiday dinner

I can write that I'll try not to stuff myself

but that didn't work last time

so, what if I'll write that I don't believe I won't stuff myself?

what if I'll say I plan to stuff myself and indulge in food as long as I can?

will that help me not to do it?

I raise my hands up

I have 10 hours before that to positively brainwash myself with the right mindset.

I can run, I can do push-ups outside somewhere

it's more likely that I'll just walk.

tomorrow I'm going back home 

on Friday I'm going on a trip, I'm going for a hike

I'm glad I'm "home" now, I'm resting and have time.

10:41 I read Maxime's high-protein vegan recipes for 30 minutes, then ate a clementine.
