11:59 10 minutes update
I started with 45 min meditation
I had 2 slices of bread chocolate jam, coffee v milk cig
went to run but was powerless
should have add tofu to the bread in the morning
got back, had 2 kiwi, 1 red orange then juices about 4-5 red oranges and drank the juice.
I have clementines
I'll make a salad with a head of lettuce
I can make homemade hummus and add it to the salad.
hopefully I'll do yoga, run and flow.
tomorrow I'm traveling to the north till Thursday night.
on Friday there might be a trip
I think I had a natural bowel movement this morning.
I've watched some transformation videos last night
I've listened to The Vegan Gym podcast while walking
I sorted papers for 1 hour
I plan to go to a Gita lesson today
I plan to meet a friend today and sing and watch a movie with him
I might meet a friend to work next to him, I'll do homework and reading
there're still boiled potatoes and long beet in the pot in the fridge
I might eat them or throw them
I don't remember when I cooked them
next step for practicing yoga and flow in the living room will be to move the table from its center.
I should use E-mails helping tool sometime
A friend bought me another protein powder in the U.S. chocolate flavored
I plan to be in the U.S for the summer so I might buy some vegan protein powder there from other brand ( vivo life. he bought me another of Sun Warrior)

I made salad with chickpea tahini parsley beet carrot tomato flax tofu lemon salt pepper olive oil
Then had 2 dates, Brazil nuts and walnuts
