originally I was thinking about notes for the runs

and if guests will come, I might take them off and put them back later

so, today, I had this Matzah, coffee cig, orange, bike rides and good workout at the gym, bike ride and vegan shake at home.
I plan to ride the bike to a Gita lesson that is beginning at 18:00.
bought a flight ticket for the U.S for all the summer.
I plan to complete my registration for Master's degree in Israel of education for active healthy lifestyle.

that's so good I make food at home and change my mindset toward eating at home and not out.

and making salads, preparing food, etc. that's a good change. thank You.
yesterday a guest offered me to eat out, and I offered him that I'll make food at home. he refused and for me, this side of making food at home is still small. but I'll cultivate its growth.
and soon I'll insist of making and preparing. preparing food ( not eating at home) is the higher priority now.
