it's the last day of the 2.5 weeks off work holiday.
I'm home, thank You.
when I was out today, in Tel Aviv, and thought about being here ( at home) now, at after noon, it depressed me. but now, that I'm here, I feel safe, I feel at home, I feel protected, I can do ,my stuff. I can evolve and positively brainwash my mind with health thinking.
this is my plan.
Tomorrow, I'm back to work, but it's a short day there and then I have the rest of the weekend.
and next week it's the holocaust day, and the next week it's the memorial day and independence day,
and then, it's May 1st, the next week it's Lag BaOmer, then there's one week and then it's Shavuot and then there are 3 whole weeks till the end of the school year, then I'm flying with Fiona the cat to the U.S for the summer and next year I have 2 years of Master's degree in education for active and healthy lifestyle.
let's get back to today.
I geared up in my healing process by positively brainwash myself. that is the plan for today. it's working. I'm more careful. I should read more about all the bad things I do. it works.

I bought today: tofu, Himalaya pink salt, and miso paste.
i cooked chickpea on Tuesday ( 2 days ago) and today I'm going to eat them.
I have plenty of food at home and that's why I didn't buy more things from the shopping list.
an idea - whenever I go to a synagogue or diner where I'm supposed to bring something like wine or dessert, I'll bring my cooked food or salad. for encouraging me to engage more in food preparation.
