 who do I want to be?

I listen to my belly.

I run 3 times a week.

I don’t postpone workouts.

I search for the next yoga lessons.

I learn about a bodyweight exercise.

I practice it.

I meditate.

I write for 60 minutes a day in my health journey blog.

I take food with me when I leave the house, even if I am not hungry at all.

I’m aware of my breath.
