today,
I walked the dog at 3 am because of the siren
again at 9
I ate 19 around 11:
tea + v milk + cig,
2 honey cake pieces
cheese zucchini pie
some pomegranate seeds.
and took another nap
Now it's 14:55. I have a holiday meal at 6:45 at the shul.
I plan to take the dog for another walk at 4:30
if I want to eat before shul (I'll be at the shul at 5:30 pm for the service), I'll have melon, dates, pomegranate, lychee, or clementines.
fitness. tomorrow is Friday. it is still a holiday. the holiday ends on Friday evening when Shabbat starts. so maybe, it doesn't end till Saturday night.
anyway, I might go to the gym before Kabbalat Shabbat in Sinai tomorrow.
today it's not going to happen
I'll walk the dog again at 4:30
I'll head to the shul for service and dinner, and when I'm back I'll walk the dog again.
I'll try not to bombard my belly with too much food
so, as the feeling now in my belly, which is not empty,
I plan to fast till 6:45
I'll just take some dates with me
like I did yesterday when I did the same
only yesterday, in the end, I did eat too much.
