another bad day of diet.

today, I didn't wake up to work out.

I had a hard time falling asleep last night.

I bought a cigarette last night. maybe it made me awake.

Today, I got a half package of cigarettes from a friend.

I've smoked 2 already today.

Although I'm in debt, which I'm going to see tomorrow in my bank account, I still spend money on eating out. 

the solution is food preparation.

so, I went to the supermarket today

I've started a 4.5-day holiday. the shops will be closed. so I must start preparing food.

there is stress at work. I'm a teacher and some classes take my energy. 

of course if I look better they will give me more respect and I'll spend less energy and end my day there exhausted.

The other direction, this work exhausts me and then I must eat to fuel myself physically and mentally.

anyway, another thought of mine. I should number the meals. 


meal number 1: protein, chocolate pastry + coffee  v milk cig + sandwich omelet, cream cheese, veggies.

meal 2: at the teacher event, few sandwiches, apples in honey, ( we got a honey cake, I feel like having some), and 2 small chocolate

then I went shopping

I walked the dog to her vet

and when we were back

meal 3:  potato burekas, tomato, mushroom burekas ( I threw rotten vegetables), then 2 chocolate pastries ( I bought vegan chocolate paste), coffee v milk, cig.

I went to sleep

I woke up

meal 4: smoothie of 3 bananas + clear protein

and now it's 21:28. I believe I'll smoke before I go to sleep.

tomorrow morning, I plan to go to the gym

I might go again to the Bat Yam branch

anyway, I need to be at home at 11:00 am for an online lesson.

lastly, it's important that I keep updating this blog.

22:26. it's time to sleep. 

I had a blueberry herbal tea + v milk + cig.
