I don't have a good feeling in my belly

It’s bloated

I ate out twice today

And was thinking about a third time

But with Your help managed to control myself.

I should prepare more food. This is my solution. 

Choose my food more. I have apples, pomegranates, lettuce, tomatoes, red bell peppers, parsley, cilantro, lemon, tahini

Why doesn't it work? Maybe I need to think of these foods more?
