the coffee drugs me

I have 2 lessons to give, I plan to take the motorcycle to the garage, it will be the first time I ride it 1.5 months after the accident. With Your help, it will be ok.

I need to buy fruit because I have only apples, frozen bananas, and dates.

I want to buy grapes and juicy fruit.

I feel my tits. 

I am more venting; I adopt the dog, and this is a responsibility I choose to take. 

I remind myself to wear shoes when I walk the dog so I can run with her a little. 

I must make salads

I have the rice from Friday. Today is Tuesday. it's white rice. I'll try to finish it. and then I'll cook a healthier dish.

I didn't touch the rice (from Friday) today.

I've just had a vegan protein shake (powder + water).

I need to buy fruit.
