my menu:

I need to cook a dish

I can cook buckwheat and lentils.

I should make a salad of:

lettuce, carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, walnuts or ground flax seeds, tahini, lemon, raisins, tofu, 

fruit: watermelon, mangoes, bananas, apples, blueberries, grapes, 

dates, nuts: pistachio, Brazil nuts, 

drinks: water, herbal tea, green tea, lemonade with maple syrup

exercise routine:

walks, 3 runs a week, bike rides, 3 times power workouts
