I want to fix the bicycle today
I want to fix the motorcycle this week and finish with the debt to Income Tax
I can run with the dog
I want to buy her (but it's not urgent) a long leash that is automatically folded
I want to buy a box with a locker to put my door key for the time I won't be able to walk the dog and I'll ask friends to do it
I must clean and tidy the apartment, sweep the floor, wash the floor, throw away stuff I don't use

I should have eaten only one corn schnitzel and heated it further.
after eating potatoes and sweet potatoes, and 1.5 corn schnitzel, some ketchup, and no fresh vegetables, I felt bad.
so, on my way to the gym, I started to think about compensating for it with coffee and chocolate pastries and cig. and so I did.
I should make a salad
and I should make salads every day
I read the OA book today for 30 minutes
it mentioned that I should repeat and strengthen by repeating healthy effective habits.
making a daily salad can be such a habit.
tomorrow the garage is closed so I'll go to the gym tomorrow.

I had a fall
I worked 2 hours non-top and then I had a half-hour break
so, I ate pasta
one plate
with a tomato
and then with some ketchup
and then I ate all the rest pasta from the box
with ketchup
now my tooth hurts
and I ate a lot of pasta
because of the 2 hours of work
I kind of needed to refuel myself or reward myself for all the effort I put into these 2 hours
but I couldn't stop when it's pasta. When it's pasta it's hard for me to control
the first plate I wrote under the medium choices
the rest of the pasta I wrote under unhealthy choices.
I also feel the urge to smoke and have a sweet drink after such a meal
exactly like it has already happened today!!!
I ate the potatoes and the schnitzels and then felt bad and wanted to smoke and something sweet.
so what's the solution?
is there such a thing? a solution?
I ate in the kitchen because of the dog
she came, I gave her some, but she didn't like it
I thought that if she wasn't there, I'd eat in the living room
and then maybe, I wouldn't eat standing, near the box
the solution?
to throw the food I got from Friday's meal?
to finally buy tofu?
