listen to your belly

eat green leaves

eat walnuts and ground flax seeds for omega-3

eat Brazil nuts and seaweed for Iodine

don't be lazy, 

get out of your comfort zone

keep working on self-improvement and self-growth

don't eat when you're not hungry

don't eat late at night

don't eat early in the morning

don't be lazy in making salads

increase your daily fresh produce consumption

by eating more fruit meals, more salads, dates and nuts, seeds, 

sprout legumes. eat parsley, cilantro, organic leaves, 

drink water, herbal tea, green tea, homemade lemonade or orange/ clementine juice, 

eat clean

eat slowly

talk with friends and listen

how do I succeed in eating healthily and losing fat?

I listen to my belly

I choose fruit

I choose healthy food when I'm hungry

I eat green leaves every day

I eat omega-3, 

I eat smaller meals, 

I eat less

I identify when it's enough for my belly and stop eating then.

I learn about health

I run, go to the gym, ride the bike, take walks

I consume vegan protein

I hike and spend time in nature

I weigh myself daily, I measure my belly circumference, I write down/log this data, 

I look at myself shirtless in the mirror

I get inspired by people who succeeded in losing fat and keeping it off.
