awareness. The podcast I listened to today said this. and the podcast's speaker posted that the awareness or the conscious part must be fed nonstop. it was a reminder.
I should read more about self-growth, self-discipline, and self-mastery.
what should be my routine? my plan? I'm not organized.

eating my cooked food
listening to my belly
writing exercises
reading
getting inspired
cleaning,
throwing the garbage,
tidying up
washing the dishes
working on the steps
I need weekly habits:
gym, runs, an OA meeting, a CoDA meeting, cleaning the floor, changing the sheets/ bedclothes/ linen
at the moment my belly is kind of bloated
I ate 1 slice of bread, 1 date, 4 blueberries, organic decaf + oatmeal milk, and a cig.
I feel my tits and belly.
