my belly is bloated
I tried to quit smoking but haven't
I have mangoes, bananas, purple and green grapes, a dish of quinoa + canned beans, tomatoes, peppers, raisins, walnuts, apples, cucumbers, tomatoes, red bell peppers?,
I feel my tits and belly
I sit a lot, because of the accident, I'm still recovering, my knee is still recovering, the fractures in my elbows are still recovering, I am trying to do self-physiotherapy to reach my full range of movements, and my wrists got hit in the accidents and are still recovering, so I lead a sedentary life.
I ate one banana in the morning
but the next meal was cooked food with some cucumber
I smoked at the end of it
I have left one cigarette
this is a window to quit smoking. I'll probably smoke the last cigarette tonight but I plan not to buy another pack. I must be strong.
since I'm sedentary, I need fewer calories. I must eat less, and reduce the size of the meals.
I still choose cooked food over another/ second fruit meal.
I have lettuce in the fridge, but I probably need to throw it since it's old.
so I don't have this important ingredient in my diet.
I must be strong not to buy another pack.
maybe instead, I can pray/ read Psalms/ listen to a song/ do something else. Amen.
