10 min update/ coaching
On Sep 14 I had an accident, got 2 fractures in my both elbows, and my leg (knee+foot) got injured. I still limp a little because of the knee. my arms are still recovering.
I didn't smoke for 9 days then returned to it.
I don't work out. I don't move much.
it has been a holiday, with no work till Monday, Oct 9. so, I missed only 3 days of work.
I spend a lot of time at home.
I should weigh myself
today, besides an online lesson I'm giving at 8 pm, I don't have plans.
it's free time.
I want to quit smoking
I shouldn't be lazy in cooking today, in making a salad
I need green leaves.
yesterday, I bought groceries but I didn't buy leaves.
I bought vegan milk this morning.
I carry extra fat
I participated in an online OA meeting and a CoDA meeting this week
I finished reading a book about recovery from compulsive overeating
I will start my M.A. in education for an active and healthy lifestyle in 2 weeks.
