I need water beside me.
yesterday I finished a pack
then believed a thought saying I'll have 2 a day
then after lunch, I had the second.
I bought: green buckwheat, quinoa, tomato sauce, dates, Brazil nuts, and pistachio.
today I had 2 small bananas and lettuce
I had today an apple, nectarine, and a small banana
in the morning I had a decaf, and after lunch green tea
I started physiotherapy today and walked there and back
I tried to see whether one dental clinic was open but it wasn't.
I weighed myself today and it was 96 point something. it used to be 100.
of course exercising: walking, running, and gym will improve the fat loss, but I still recover from the accident. my knee and arms are still recovering.
I still have a quinoa and canned beans dish. I really should write down the time I cooked something and give it 3 days.
mangoes are waiting, purple and green grapes too.

it's late. I'm not sure I'll write 10 more minutes today besides this.
I had already 3 cigs and there's a danger of a fourth.
I have mangoes. I had grapes. I had tomato with hummus, 2 slices of bread, and tofu. a date with walnuts.
then a green tea, without vegan milk, and a cig.
I have more green and purple grapes. I froze the two last small bananas.
my belly is full now.
I'm going to sleep with a full belly. not a pressured belly but a belly with content.
I had 2 slices of bread today, 2 corn schnitzels and vine leaves stuffed with rice.
I have left green tea from the last time I had it. a half cup is left.

what can I do to lose fat and eat healthily?
read about tips to lose weight and nutrition
eat slow
eat fewer times, eat smaller portions, recognize/ spot/ identify the point when it's enough, and stop eating then. save food for later or throw it into the garbage.
