a dish of quinoa + peas
dates, Brazil nuts, walnuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
I should listen to my belly
when I ate at 3:30 p.m. I wasn't hungry
now at 16:07, my belly doesn't want any food.
the days of taking B12, if there are 3 days a week, are Sun, Tue, and Thu. so, I should take B12 today.
I have a notebook for writing everything I eat. no other thing to write in this notebook.
at 7:00 p.m. there's going to be a lesson. I'll listen to it and walk the dog.

I received the elbows and knees protectors, so, I'll try them on, and I'll take the motorcycle to the garage to check.
I got a call from the dog shelter to decide if I adopt the dog. they said there are other people who are interested in adopting such a comfortable dog.

I don't have a blender
I guess if I had a blender, I would make vegan protein shakes with fruits and green leaves.
so maybe I should buy it.

I'm going to add the lemon-garlic sauce I got yesterday when I bought the hummus, to the quinoa peas dish. although it was tasty as it is with the water from the can of the peas.
so, I should dedicate 30 minutes, not to the war, but to learning about health.
