I tidied the apartment this morning, washed the dishes, meditated, cooked rice and added canned beans.
at 12 am I have a dentist check. then I plan to work out (power3 + run2), then shopping, I need to buy fruit, salads for the 2 lunches I'm going to.
I am considering buying a blender.
I'm on holiday, today (Thu), Fri (2), Sat(3), and Sun(4), 4 whole days.
I read for 30 minutes the book The Optimistic Body in Hebrew.
my first 2 goals: eat healthily and lose fat.
things I can do to get them:

relax, breathe, meditate, spend time with myself, everything that's not unhealthy eating.
maybe neutral things are good things
not only things that are directly connected to health are healthy.
not only reading tips about losing fat is good but also watching a film etc.
